AAJA Agency Registration & Commission Guide

Earn a weekly commission of 10% to 40% on your hosts’ total income, plus 10% of your sub-agents’ commission. This guide covers how the AAJA agency program works, how to register, and when you get paid.

Overview

What an AAJA agency does

An AAJA agency recruits hosts, helps them through registration and supports them while they work. In return, the agency earns a share of its hosts’ income.

According to the policy, agent commission comes from three host income sources: paid calls, gifts and text chat. Agencies can also invite sub-agents and earn 10% of their weekly commission.

Commission

AAJA agency commission: weekly tiers

Every agency earns a base 10% of its hosts’ total weekly income. Each class above it has a minimum weekly earnings threshold. Reach a threshold and that class’s higher rate applies.

Host commission calculation

How your weekly commission is calculated

Weekly commission has two parts: host commission and sub-agent commission. The policy gives this formula for host commission:

Host commission = your hosts’ income × your commission ratio

The policy’s own example is “hosts’ income $100 × 10% = $10 commission”. The policy’s tier table starts at $300 (class A, 15%). The 10% base rate for weeks under $300 is confirmed by AAJA Official rather than listed in the policy table. From $300 upward, the rate comes from the tier table.

Sub-agent commission

Earn 10% from the sub-agents you invite

If you invite other agents (sub-agents), you also earn a share of their commission:

Sub-agent commission = your sub-agent’s weekly commission × 10%

There is one condition: an invited sub-agent must earn at least $10 in commission that week. Otherwise, you don’t receive sub-agent commission from them for that week.

Sub-agent commission explained

Example: qualifying sub-agent

Your sub-agent earns $500 in commission this week. $500 × 10% = $50 sub-agent commission for you.

Example: below the threshold

Your sub-agent earns $8 in commission this week. That is under $10, so you receive no sub-agent commission from them that week.
