AAJA host registration

Eligibility requirements

The AAJA Recruiting Policy describes host recruitment for women, and every host must be over 18 years old. During sign-up, hosts select female on the Basic Information screen.

Hosts work through video calls, so the practical requirements are about your camera, your space and your connection.

You will need

  • To be over 18
  • A smartphone and a mobile number that can receive an OTP
  • An invitation code from your agency
  • Clear photos of yourself and a short verification video
  • A private, well-lit space and a stable network (dark rooms and poor signal count as violations)
  • A phone holder, so your face stays on camera during calls

Host registration process

How to register as an AAJA host in 6 steps

The sign-up flow has a login screen followed by five numbered screens (1/5 to 5/5).

  1. Log in with your phone number

Enter your +91 mobile number, tap Get OTP, then enter the OTP and the verification code shown on screen. Agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then log in.

  2. Basic Information (1/5)

Enter your name and age, and select female (the Host option).

  3. Bind your agency (2/5)

Enter your invitation code. The app notes that you get this code from your guild (your agency).

  4. Upload avatar (3/5)

Upload a clear, attractive selfie as your profile picture.

  5. Upload photos (4/5)

Upload at least 3 photos of yourself from your own album. More good photos can bring more calls.

  6. Record video (5/5)

Record a 5–10 second verification video of yourself. The minimum length is 5 seconds.

Personal video and work mode checks

After sign-up, two more checks decide whether you can actually receive calls.

1. Upload your 5–10 second personal video

Until you upload a 5–10 second personal video, the app blocks the work feature and asks you to upload one. Go to Edit Profile and add it under Personal video. Your Photo Album there also needs at least 3 photos.

2. Keep your face in the frame during work mode

When you tap Start working, the camera checks that your face is inside the box. If no face is detected, a countdown appears on screen. You can minimise the window from the top-right corner while staying in work mode.

Work mode, step by step

  1. Tap Start working on the home screen.
  2. Keep your face inside the box.
  3. Tap the top-right corner to minimise the window.

In work mode, calls are answered automatically and you are recommended to more users. Only hosts in work mode are assigned these extra call opportunities.

Host earnings

How AAJA hosts earn: calls, gifts and match calls

The policy names three main ways for hosts to earn. All three pay in diamonds, which you later convert to dollars.

Call earnings

The listed video call price is 1,000 diamonds per minute. Per the policy, earnings start once a video call passes 30 seconds, counting from the second minute onward.

The policy states the call price but not what share of it reaches the host. Ask our team for your exact per-minute earning.

Gift earnings

Gifts range from 101 to 777,777 diamonds, and 70% of the gift price goes to the host.

Example: a 1,000-diamond gift gives you 700 diamonds ($0.07).

Match-call earnings

For match calls, the host can get 500 diamonds per minute.

Example: 10 minutes of match calls = 5,000 diamonds ($0.50).

Diamond conversion

AAJA diamond conversion rate

AAJA uses one fixed rate: 10,000 diamonds = $1. To convert your diamond balance into dollars, divide it by 10,000.

The minimum withdrawal is $10, which is 100,000 diamonds.

Weekly bonus requirements

AAJA weekly base salary plan: $21–$35 per week

Hosts who meet the weekly bonus tasks can receive a bonus of $21–$35 each week. You must be in work mode (tap Start working) for it to count.

Revenue that is not settled: the platform blocks hosts who do not appear on camera, and hosts who send other platforms’ numbers. In both cases the revenue is not settled.

The policy gives the bonus as a range ($21–$35) and does not say which result earns which amount. Ask our team how your bonus is calculated. Read the weekly bonus guide.

Withdrawal information

AAJA host withdrawal process

Hosts withdraw their own earnings, and AAJA pays them directly to the host’s bank account.

  1. Tap your diamonds

Open your profile and tap the Diamonds card.

  2. Link a bank account

Enter your name, bank account number, phone number (with OTP), email and bank IFSC code. UCBA is not supported.

  3. Submit the withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal is $10 (100,000 diamonds). Requests are reviewed within 3 working days (UTC+8).

Payee name format matters. The payee name may only contain English letters, spaces, periods and slashes. Any other character makes the payment fail.

Withdrawal rules

  • Withdraw at any time
  • Audited within 3 working days, then paid
  • Holidays may delay payment; notice is given in advance
  • Bank transfer for now; more methods are planned

Host levels

AAJA host levels: X, S, A, B, C

Your level decides the order in which you receive calls. The platform has five levels, ranked X > S > A > B > C.

  • Level X is the starting level. Once you are upgraded from it, you cannot return to it.
  • Levels are assessed daily on call duration and quality, and updated early in the morning.
  • The higher your level, the higher your priority for new user connections.
  • Keep your average call above 60 seconds to stay at S-level and receive more calls.

Specific level rules follow the platform’s latest policy.

Host rules and violations

AAJA host rules that protect your account

Following these rules protects both your income and your account.

Warnings and penalties

  • Each warning costs 1,000 diamonds.
  • More than four warnings leads to a permanent ban.
  • Unbanning an account costs 10,000 diamonds.
  • Sending WhatsApp numbers, creating two accounts or acting as a fake host leads to immediate suspension.

What counts as a violation

  • Poor environment or working in a dark room
  • Lack of interaction during calls
  • Poor signal
  • Falling asleep during a call or live session
  • Doing other things while working
  • Face not shown on camera
  • Multiple people on camera

Serious violations

  • Any child or person under 18 appearing during a live session or call
  • Drug use or illegal drug behaviour during a call
  • Offensive words or actions toward users

Being banned for serious violations 3 times in one day, or 5 times in total, leads to a permanent ban.

Instant permanent ban

  • Your account being used by someone else
  • Obtaining diamonds illegally or fraudulently, or colluding with others for malicious refunds

The penalties above come from the policy’s Host Manual. An earlier section of the same policy describes general violations differently: a warning first, a 24-hour live ban after 3 warnings in one day, and a permanent ban after 5 in total. If you’re unsure which applies to you, ask our team.
